“l'atelier sauce mojo très sympa. petit bémol le chef nous a planté là après nous avoir expliqué comment faire la sauce. on s'est débrouillé et il n'est pas revenu vérifié ce qu'on faisait. autre bémol la dégustation de vin....hum ..un blanc un rosé un rouge et pas d'explication, celà n'en n'était pas vraiment une. normalement c'est cinq choix et très peu de quantité de vin dans le verre, une explication etc .. mais j'ai apprécié la visite du vignoble, le guide était sympa et connaissait son sujet. l'atelier aussi sauf la fin. c'est pour ça que j'ai retiré une étoile.”
