According to the advertisement, it is a leisurely ride, that everybody can do. BUT You need to have physical ability and appropiate bike skills to fully enjoy the ride. It is important that the bikes are 100% OK. My wifeˋs bike did not have any front brake, which made the decent more dangerous than necessary.”
