“I have to say that we had an awful experience. The man who we met at reception was by far the rudest person we met while in Tenerife. We did the one hour experience and it was not a tour it was basically us trying to stay alive. I get it must be difficult for locals in Tenerife when their island is taken over by tourists. However we paid a lot for this experience and it has turned me off the country completely. I would of asked for a refund but being perfectly honest I feared for my safety due to the ignorance.”
